This SMS Policy explains how Doota Industrial America, LLC (“Doota”, “we”, “us”) uses text (SMS/MMS) messaging to communicate with customers, partners, and individuals who opt in through our website or sales channels.
When you will hear from us
We only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have been provided to us directly, with explicit consent, through one of the following:
- Submitting a contact form on dootaus.com and selecting an option that allows SMS follow-up.
- Providing your mobile number to a Doota representative in the context of an active project, support case, or purchase order.
- Confirming a two-factor or delivery-status message that relates to an order you have placed with us.
We do not buy, rent, or share phone number lists, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages to anyone who has not affirmatively opted in.
Message content & frequency
The messages we send are limited to the following categories:
- Transactional: order confirmations, shipment updates, invoice reminders, and support ticket responses.
- Operational: scheduling, site-visit coordination, and time-sensitive project updates.
- Security: two-factor authentication codes and account activity alerts.
Message frequency varies with the activity on your account or project. You will not receive more than a reasonable number of messages in any given billing period, and we will never share your number with a third-party marketer.
Cost
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. Doota does not charge you for the messages it sends.
How to opt out
You may opt out of any non-essential SMS communication at any time. Reply STOP to any of our messages and we will remove your number from future sends. You may continue to receive transactional messages that are required to complete an active order or support request.
To opt out of all messaging entirely, email info@dootaus.com with the number you would like removed and we will process your request within five business days.

Privacy
The phone numbers we collect are stored and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
