About DOOTAIT

Texas-incorporated execution arm of a three-country engineering group, Korea HQ, China branch, and a 49-person U.S. team building inside semiconductor fabs.

Doota Industrial America, LLC ("Doota Industrial") was incorporated in Round Rock, Texas on September 13, 2013 under CEO Sungin Hwang. We're a U.S.-based contractor specializing in electrical, low-voltage, and ICT field execution for semiconductor and high-tech industrial construction, and the U.S. arm of a three-country group that spans Korea (Dongtan HQ, Pyeongtaek branch), China (Xi'an branch), and the United States.

Our Korea headquarters has been engineering smart-factory, SCADA, environmental TMS, and manufacturing IT systems for Samsung Electronics, Samsung SDI, Samsung Display, Samsung SDS, Hyundai/Kia, LG Chemical, LG Electronics, Lotte Chemical, SK Innovation, and Corning, work that's reflected in our SMART-i product family (FIMCS, CEMS, MES, SOP, WIS, RFID, EES gateway) and in patented dataloggers and FEPs. In the U.S., our 49-person Texas team brings that engineering discipline onto fab sites, coordinating multi-trade execution from Samsung Austin and Taylor today, into the SK hynix Indiana program next. FY2024 revenue was $13.0M, roughly 4× FY2023, a step-change driven by the Samsung Taylor scope ramp.

As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive company culture. We do not discriminate against candidates and employees based on disability, sex, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age, veteran status, or any other protected status under the law.

ESG Management

Sustainability is a deliverable, not a slogan.

Doota Industrial America established the ESG Management Headquarters in 2022 to strive for sustainable development through transparent management such as eco-friendliness, social responsibility management, and governance improvement.

Environmental

As a member of an environmental solutions company, we actively research and develop solutions to prevent pollution.

Social

By creating a safe and reliable work environment, we strive to become a sustainable workplace for all our employees.

Governance

We operate through transparent governance and management and seek to pursue sincere management by listening to all stakeholders.

Global network

One group, three countries, a single chain of command.

Engineering depth comes from the Korean HQ; field execution and EPC coordination happen from our Texas team; the China branch covers Samsung's overseas semiconductor footprint. Same systems, same standards, same SMART-i product family.
