Director of Business Development James Sohn Kiseob James Sohn is the Director of Business Development at Doota, where he plays a crucial role in managing project contracts, overseeing financial management, and driving new business and product development initiatives. With a robust background encompassing over 35 years of experience across management, engineering, construction, maintenance, and software development, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. 

Before joining Doota, James had an extensive career working in large corporations, running his own business, and taking on various leadership roles. His diverse experience has equipped him with a unique perspective and a broad skill set. Upon joining Doota, James managed construction cost which significantly contributed to the company's revenue. He has since collaborated closely with stakeholders to address critical business challenges, including strategic planning, financial management, and future product development. 

In addition, James has led the creation and launch of innovative products, and always on the lookout for new business opportunities to foster growth.
James Sohn Kiseob LaToya Williams-Hall Director of Human Resources LaToya Williams-Hall Linked In LaToya is our People Leader, recognized as a visionary and creative thinker while focusing on Doota America’s employee experience. She is the trusted advisor for the leadership teams while helping to strategically plan business initiatives, talent development and consistently developing core efficiency initiatives to drive organizational change to help align the workforce with the strategic. LaToya’s contribution to our team is nothing short of Employee & Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Experience & Engagement, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition & Management, Learning & Development, Benefits Administration, and more. 

 LaToya has 20 years progressive Human Resource experience across a broad range of industries, including Start-Up cultures for Global & International SAAS companies, building their Human Resources programs from ground zero. She has recently obtained her Masters in Human Resource Management, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D., in Educational Human Resource Development. 

LaToya is a unicorn to Austin, Texas where she enjoys spending time with family, and gourmet dishes from her husband who is a Chef and proud Army Veteran. LaToya loves to travel, and a party starter with Cocktails and Karaoke!
